RETURN FOR DAMAGE IN SHIPPING
All orders are handled and packaged to ensure their safe and sound arrival. If your package is received with obvious external damage, please refuse shipment unopened citing damage. This will ensure immediate replacement of your order or refund. If, upon opening your package, you find the contents isn’t what you ordered or damaged, please keep all of the original packaging and notify us immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org or use our contact form.
NOTE: Wavebit, H Unlimited AG will not refund for the unlikely event of lost shipments if using Swiss Post , DPD ,UPS, FEDEX or DHL as a shipping method. Use is at your own risk.
RETURN FOR WRONG ITEM OR AN ITEM YOU DO NOT WISH TO KEEP
If you decide that your purchase simply isn’t right, you may return the item within 10 days of receipt. Wavebit, H Unlimited AG refunds or grants store credit for goods returned (less shipping) in the original packaging and if received in sale-able condition. Please contact us in advance for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and please return the item with care using the original packaging when shipping. Poorly re-packed items may result in a refused refund.
Note: Returned devices without RMA will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
These warranty conditions apply to all devices sold by Wavebit, H Unlimited AG or its distribution partners from its device portfolio. If the sales partner provides its own warranty conditions when selling the device, these conditions apply in the relationship with the customer.
DURATION AND CONTENT
Wavebit, H Unlimited AG provides a 24-month warranty on all units from the date of purchase. In the event of defects, the customer may contact the point of sale or the relevant customer service.
The guarantee or warranty is excluded for
– Operating materials and consumables such as batteries or accumulators
– Defects due to normal wear and tear, improper handling and deliberate or negligent damage by the buyer or third parties
– Defects for which there are concrete indications that they are due to the effect of moisture or other external influences (damage caused by falling, pressure, impact or transport) transport damage.
The guarantee expires in the event of interventions that are not carried out by partners verified by us or without their consent.
